Cancellation Policy

By booking services with PopWorks, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding reservations, cancellations, and gift card usage. All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all event details provided at the time of booking are accurate. PopWorks offers gift cards that may be applied toward any eligible service. All PopWorks gift cards never expire and may be redeemed at any time, subject to availability. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Clients may cancel a scheduled booking and receive a full refund provided that cancellation occurs at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing or communicated through an approved PopWorks contact method to be valid. Any booking canceled within seven (7) days of the scheduled service date will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. This fee reflects costs associated with scheduling, preparation, and loss of booking opportunity. The cancellation fee will be deducted from any applicable refund or retained from the total amount paid. In the event that PopWorks must cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund without penalty. PopWorks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion, including situations involving safety concerns, misuse of equipment, or violation of agreed-upon terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopWorks shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from cancellations, scheduling changes, or service interruptions. PopWorks reserves the right to update or modify this Booking Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
